Welcome to the Teaching & Learning Special Interest Group Website!
We hope to make this website a critical resource for all of our members. Our site is still under construction right now, so we encourage you to come back to visit as we build in more content.
Here’s a preview of what you can expect:
We plan to post regular announcements about conferences and other related materials. If you have suggestions, please feel free to send us an email. Also, details and updates regarding our annual competition, in partnership with Prentice Hall, to recognize innovative excellence in marketing education will be posted here in addition to an archive of past recipients.
We plan to have quarterly interviews for our new section called “Professor in the Hot Seat.” Our first interview was with Joseph Hair from Coles College at Kennesaw State University. Professor Hair talks about the decision to add a doctoral program to his school this coming year and how it will be different from others. If you’d like to be in the “hot seat” please send us an email with your proposal.
Finally, later this spring, we will provide a secure process for sharing teaching materials through this website. Only TL-SIG members will have access to these materials. Our goal is to provide a repository of ideas and knowledge to share with our peers.
